RAJASTHAN
Rajasthan is the land of magnificent kingly palaces and picturesque forts. Home to the five storey architectural marvel that is Jaisalmer Fort, Rajasthan has kept alive the aesthetic indulgence of its natives, the rajputs. The magical ambience of Jantar Mantar where the age-old mystical devices calculate time, predict eclipses and ascertain other astronomical events the ancient way, while the sublime view of Hawa Mahal or the palace of winds situated in the capital city of jaipur, has enchanted the tourists for decades. Situated in the pink City is Chowkhidani-a miniature version of this colourful land of kings designed especially to tantalise a tourist by re-creating the vibrant culture the state has to offer. Rajasthan is a fixture on every traveler’s itenary hungry for a little glimpse ofIndia's royal past.
