TOIL HARD AND SUCCESS WILL FOLLOW

All round development of personality is the purpose of education. But the present day education is neither imparting true knowledge of life, world, and helping one stand on one's own leg, nor improving the talent of a student by which one can achieve laurels in the field one is interested in. Similarly, with each passing day, we get to see the mushrooming of various institutes which are majorly money-making machines, though they claim to provide the best education, but the key goal is not met. Today, every child wants to specialize in some field as the opportunities are immense and management studies top the chart.

Providing education and providing quality education are two different aspects. These days, every institute is providing education but quality education is a distinct term. Industry exposure is there, thus the rush for technical and higher education has increased. Also, qualification in higher education gives added advantage to face successful competition in the job market. However, enforcing the right kind of knowledge with blend of appropriate practical and bookish knowledge is where the challenge lies for any institute.

Management and technology has always been a desired profession among students and with each passing year, students do showcase more interest in this. The 21st century looks for students who possess comprehension of technical and management fundamentals incorporated with capacity and skills to integrate with different situations and this requires dedicated knowledge, skills and aptitudes to yield able and excellent professionals who can meet the upcoming challenges.

Prospects of management studies along with other studies are immense in the fast paced world of today. To successfully manage one's career, one needs to be aware of the growth opportunities and avenues that can help to reach the ultimate goal. The choice of the career is influenced by views of one's parents, friends and teachers and of course media. Today with a wider choice and ever increasing competition, one needs to plan their career wisely and at the earliest.

My advice to every student pursuing any course is to do research properly and try to learn and attain knowledge by getting fully engrossed into the subject. Success will naturally follow. People aspiring to enter any industry should not take their job lightly, as no job is easy. One should put in their best and work with honesty.

Educational authorities should lay more emphasis on practical training rather than classroom training, so that the student can understand the functioning of an industry and they can prepare themselves accordingly before entering the job market.

When it comes to education, India is a country which possesses enormous talent but the utilization of this talent does not take place in a proper manner and also due to the loopholes that are present in our education system. To eradicate this and to stop brain-drain, initiatives should be taken from the very basic level i.e. improving the standard of elementary education, as in India more than 75 percent of students do not obtain proper schooling. So to excel and not to waste our talents, the reformation of education system is necessary and the time is not far when we can enjoy the same status as our counterpart China is enjoying right at this moment in the field of education.
